Dr. Norma Ghamraoui
Dr. Ghamrawi is an assistant professor at the faculty of Education of the Lebanese University, specialised in educational management, planning, monitoring and leadership. She is head of the Advisory Board to the Centre for Research & Training at the Rafic Hariri Foundation in Beirut. She has 15 years experience in school teaching including the supervision of teaching in many schools. In addition, she has been lecturing at several universities in school leadership matters. She was responsible for the leadership development of all public school principals in Northern Lebanon between 2004-2007.
Dr. Ghamrawi is a member in several international educational societies. In addition, she has a wide international experience in the capacity building of schools including principals, subject leaders and teachers. Her work experience includes Lebanon, UK, USA, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, Oman, Jordan, Norway, Denmark and Austria. Her research efforts fall within the domain of school improvement and school effectiveness.
