Exhibitor Benefits
Benefits offered to all exhibitors include:
- Prominent visibility for your institution and its services through allocating exhibition space (location based on availability). Please see the table below for available exhibition sizes and costs.
- Distribution of your company's promotional materials during the e-Learning Market and other days of the event.
- A brief profile of your organization within the forum website and the Forum Program Catalog. (75 words)
- Forum admission for 2 delegates to the 3 days forum (3,600 AED value). This excludes admission to the post forum workshops.
- 20% discounts on the registration fees of all delegates associated with the exhibiting organization.
- A placement of ‘one’ organization’s banner in the forum hall throughout the three days of the event.
- 1/2 color page advertising in the forum program catalog (only for early bookings)
An extremely limited amount of exhibition spaces are available for rental purposes which are based on a first come - first serve basis. All rental opportunities will be closed by the 10th of January, 2009.
